The results of WADA's independent out-of-competition testing program seem to confirm conclusions published in UNI Global Union's "Adverse Analyzing" report regarding the ineffectiveness of out-of-competition testing. WADA's annual report states that over 2000 tests resulted in 35 adverse findings and only three violations (ADRVs).
